This one is gonna be a good one. Model/actor and stunt, Daniel Ronald Stefanow is coming our way.
He was first introduced to the “biz” at nine years old, when his next door neighbor, a projectionist at the local drive-in movie theater took him to work. He learned how to run the projector, and when the man became ill, one evening, Dan was left to run the show successfully which lead to the development of a hidden burning desire to entertain people. His love for comic books led him to understand the art of directing, story telling, and storyboarding his own scripts. Even though he had various occupations through the years such as owning his own construction company at 17, teaching martial arts, and studying architectural drafting, his love for the film business was lying beneath the surface.
From attending the international film festivals to promote his films his interest gradually began to turn towards writing and producing his own projects. He also worked under the direction of Academy winner Brian Savenger, and Cannes Film Festival winner Rene Cardona, Jr., David Worth (Kickboxer), John Badham (Saturday Night Fever), and Ted Kaplan, Christopher Webster, Cecchi Gori, Carlo Vanzina, and Michael Tadross.
He’s had the privilege of working with many wonderful, professional people in many aspects of the entertainment business both in the United States and in many countries throughout the world. He experienced the highs and lows of success, the opportunity of making valuable friendships, of experiencing different cultures, and learning that only you can make your goals come true.
Dan modeled for famous designers: Versace, Valentino, Gucci, Ted Lapidus, Gian Marco Venturi, Yves St. Laurent, Regina Schrecker, Liz Claiborne, Jordache, Cerutti, Missoni, Daniel Hetcher to name a few. Promoted products for Brut underwear, Panasonic, Lotus GT, Bocce men’s wear, Yukon Jack Liquor, McDonald’s, Volvo, and Blistick.
