Spanish television host Roberto Leal is back on the cover of Men’s Health Spain — and at 45, he’s redefining what it means to age with strength, style, and a sense of humor. Seven years after his first jaw-dropping transformation for the Men’s Health Challenge, Leal returns looking more confident and composed than ever.

“I have no complexes for having more wrinkles or whiter hair,” Leal tells the magazine. “What I have more and more clear is that you have to squeeze life.” It’s a motto that reflects his approach to both fitness and fame — grounded, grateful, and constantly evolving.

In the feature, Leal reflects on how far he’s come since those early days of OT and Eurovision, when people still remembered him for “glasses and braces.” Now, he’s a seasoned presenter with a physique to match — lean, sculpted, and refreshingly real.

He also shares his admiration for pop star Aitana, applauding her generosity, and comments on Victoria de Marichalar’scandid appearance on El Desafío. But the standout quote might just come from his mom: “For God’s sake, Roberto, you look like a lavaero!”

From relatable family laughs to rock-solid abs, Roberto Leal reminds us all that being over 40 isn’t a phase — it’s prime time.
